State Fair Spiedie Sauce Marinade
Italian Pork Chops
- Use your choice of thickness and cut of pork chops.
- Place chops in glass baking dish or large bowl (Do not
use aluminum).
- Shake well one bottle of State Fair Spiedie Sauce,
open and pour over meat.
- Turn chops over to ensure covering all surface area
with marinade.
- Add fresh chopped garlic or fresh mint leaves if
desired.
- Refrigerate overnight and turn meat over in marinade
for best flavor result.
- Cook on outdoor grill or broil in oven. Do not
over-cook.
(Try this on other cuts of pork or lamb)

Our Lemon Garlicious Marinade has quickly become one of our customers' favorites. There are many uses. Here are a few ideas for you to try at home.
Shrimp on the Bar-Bee
If you like shrimp (and who doesn't) try this quickie.
Take any amount of shrimp, dip them in some Lemon Garlicious,
and put them on the BBQ until pink and cooked. Viola, you have a
quick, tasty, treat.
For even tastier results, use the Lemon Garlicious as a
dipping sauce after the shrimp are grilled.
Grilled Pork Chops
Here's a unique spin on an old favorite.
- Using your choice of Pork Chops, season with Pinch
Gourmet Seasoning.Grill the Pork Chops.
- About 5-10 minutes before the Pork Chops are ready to
be served, cover them in Lemon Garlicious Marinade.
- Flip them over and cook the Lemon Garlicious into the
meat, being careful not to char the meat too much.
Your taste buds will thank you!
Lemon Garlicious Seafood Mix over Pasta
Seafood needs less marinade time than meat or chicken.
- In a glass bowl place any combination of shrimp,
scallops, crabmeat, etc.
- Seafood should be fresh or defrosted, cleaned and
drained well.
- Pour and mix Lemon Garlicious Marinade over seafood.
Refrigerate for one hour.
- Place marinated seafood in baking dish and cook until
shrimp are curled and scallops are firm.
- Do not undercook any of the seafood.
Cook and drain your choice of pasta.
- Pour seafood over pasta.
- Season with Pinch Italian Gourmet Spice Blend before
serving.
Lemon Garlicious Veggies
Take you favorite uncooked veggies- Zucchini, Broccoli,
Cauliflower, Carrots or what ever is your favorite. Wash and
cut up. Soak in marinade for 2-3 hours and grill, for a
tasty new kick on an old favorite!
Some people like to marinate their fish and or tofu in
the Lemon Garlicious also!

Chicken Divan By Alberta Phelps
- 4 large chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 Cup Mayonaise
- 2 pkgs frozen Broccoli
- 1 shot glass cooking sherry
- 10 oz shredded sharp cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Pinch
- Seasoned (with Pinch) Bread Crumbs
Prepare broccoli as pkg directs. Layer in an oiled baking dish. Layersliced chicken over broccoli. Mix chicken soups, mayonnaise & sherry. Add about ¼ tsp Pinch. Spread mixture over chicken & broccoli. Spread shredded Cheddar over the top. Next sprinkle on bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350º until golden brown & bubbly, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve! Serves 6-8
Savory Biscuits
Prepare any good biscuit mix, but before you add the wet ingredients, add ½ tsp Pinch and ¼ C. grated cheddar cheese. Add wet ingredients & bake as directed!
Seven Layer Casserole – by Mrs. G. Hoyt – Owego NY
1 C raw regular Rice
1 C canned whole-kernel Corn (juice from can also)
Pinch – to taste
16 oz Tomato Sauce
¾ C Water
½ C chopped Onion
½ C chopped Green Pepper
1 lb ground Beef…seasoned with Pinch
4 strips Bacon, cut in half
Place ingredients in layers in a 2 qt. casserole dish in the following order:
- Rice
- Corn seasoned with Pinch
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce mixed with ½ C Water
- chopped Onion and Green Pepper
- Ground Beef seasoned with Pinch
- remaining Tomato Sauce and ½ C. Water
- Bacon
Bake, covered, at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until Bacon is crisp.
Serve with Tossed Salad.
Pinch Steaks
Take your favorite cut of meat. Coat both sides with your
favorite Pinch flavor. Grill to desired temperature on both
sides. Remove from the grill, letting it sit 10-15 minutes
before cutting or serving to hold in the juices. Serve for
meat perfection.
Garlic Popcorn
Pop up plain popcorn. In the microwave take 1-2 Tbsp of
butter or margarine and add 1 tsp of Garlicious Pinch
Seasoning or your favorite Pinch flavor. Microwave 30 sec to
1 min to melt. Once melted coat popcorn with the butter and
sprinkle a dash more of the Pinch on the popcorn for added
flavor.
